Building Code Administration

Is your municipality “too small” to warrant a full time building code official? Do you need a building code official to “fill in” while your building official is away from the office? Perhaps a temporary building code official is required while a search is performed for the right candidate to fill an open position. JC Code & Construction Consultants, Inc. can provide your municipality with an experienced building code official on an “as needed” basis. We will tailor a schedule that will meet the needs of your customers on a cost effective basis.

Plan Review

Is your staff “buried” in plan review? Is the plan review department temporarily short staffed? Is your staff simply overwhelmed by the number of plans waiting to be reviewed? JC Code & Construction Consultants, Inc. can provide you with plan review services on an “as needed” basis. Our staff of standard licensed, experienced plans examiners can provide you with plan review assistance from first review through permit issuance in all disciplines. Our plans examiners pride themselves on performing through, accurate and complete reviews. We will work with your staff to compliment their efforts and provide assistance “when you need it” in a professional, cost effective basis.

Inspections

Is your inspection department temporarily short staffed? Do you need a “resident inspector” for an on-going project? JC Code & Construction Consultants, Inc. can provide standard licensed inspectors in all disciplines on an ‘as needed” basis.
