Starting in May 2026, GoToWebinar introduced a system upgrade featuring several new tools for participants. We highly recommend both new and returning attendees watch this YouTube video to familiarize themselves with the updated options.

Please log in to the training at least 5 minutes prior to the start time to ensure your computer’s audio and speakers are working correctly. We recommend using Google Chrome as your browser, as it tends to provide the most stable connection.

Important Mobile Device Policy: If you plan to attend the training using only your phone, you must download the GoToWebinar app to receive credit for the class. Without the app, the system cannot verify your attendance.

Essential Information for Webinar Attendees

Single Registration: Please ensure you only register once per webinar. Duplicate registrations can disrupt the stream and prevent the system from accurately tracking your attendance, which may result in a loss of credit.
Individual Sign-In: JC Code uses the GoTo platform for training. After registering, you will receive a unique access link via email. To receive credit, each participant must sign in individually (group sign-ins are not permitted) so the software can accurately verify your participation and log times.
Full Attendance Required: You must be logged in for the entire presentation to receive credit; late arrivals will not be credited. The system strictly records exact log-in and log-out times. For webinars exceeding one hour, a scheduled break will be provided.
Live Interaction: Our webinars are live, punctual trainings—not pre-recorded sessions. You will have the opportunity to interact directly with the instructor by asking or typing your questions.
